- All teams are expected to bring dark and light shirts.
- Schools involved may add additional team for ⅓ price given at least three days notice to administrator (Robbie Lukens, Robert.H.Lukens@sendit.nodak.edu, 701-659-0499) Records will stay for team that is added will be 0-0 and team that is playing will keep prior record.
- No High School coaches are allowed to coach, you may have an individual outside of the program coach however.
- Teams will play a minimum of two 25 min. games each night, Maximum of 3.
- Consideration will be given for travel time when scheduling.
- All games will be refereed by certified officials, South Border boosters, and coaches.
- Points will be awarded for fouls (1 for non-shooting fouls, 2 or 3 for shooting fouls) – FT’s will be shot during the last minute of the game if the score is within 10 points.
- Each team is allowed one time-out per game.
- Running Clock will stop for substitutions every 5 min., for time-outs, and during the last minute of the game.
- A sudden death overtime will be used if necessary.
- 35 second shot clock will be used and kept at scoring table.
- A defensive player of the game will be named after each game.
- The Final Sunday a tournament will be seeded by win percentage, and completed that day
