Mustang Fan Gear Now On Sale

The South Border Basketball Boosters will once again be selling South Border Basketball Game and Fan gear.  This year all gear will be Nike and sold through North Dakota owned Gerrells Sports, and screen printed locally.  Available for all players and fans are team shoes, team practice shorts, team socks, sweatshirts, backpacks, and duffle bags.   Pricing and images items are available at https://gerrells.itemorder.com; password SBBBK13.

Lil' Stangs Spring Registration Ongoing

The South Border Basketball Boosters are hosting a camp for the ages of Pre-K through 8th grade.
Cost is $10 for one week for Pre-K through 4th grade.
Cost for 5th-8th is $20 for two weeks
The dates are as follows:
Pre-K through 2nd grade-  April 29th-May 2nd  3:45 pm-4:30 pm
3rd and 4th - April 22nd through April 25th  3:45 pm - 4:30 pm
5th-8th grade- April 22nd through May 2nd Monday through Thursday  4:45 pm- 6 pm                                      

Team Camps Officially Announced

The South Border Varsity will be attending Team Camps on the following dates and in the following cities.

June 9th-                   University of Mary
June 14th-15th-         Augustana College, Sioux Falls

Regional Tournament Information

The South Border Mustangs will play at approximately 5 pm on Monday, February 25th at the Jamestown Civic Center.

Congrats Mustangs for their birth in the 2013 Region 3 tournament.  Congrats to Senior Michael Jacobson for being named Senior Athlete of the Year and All-district.

Local Summer Basketball Schedules Announced

The South Border Basketball Programs have announced the schedule for there summer camps.  The two camps that will be hosted will be split between Wishek and Ashley.  With an extra week in Wishek since the Fall League is held in Ashley. 

The first camp that will be held is the South Border Skills Academy:  June 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th in Ashley, and June 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, and 20th in Wishek.

Also, June 12th and 13th, Mike Lee, NBA Basketball Trainer, will be coming to Wishek to host a two day camp that promises to challenge they way we think about basketball in the area.  You can read more about Mike here.  This camp will take place in the morning and after noon.  I am excited to host him and learn from him as a coach, and to have our players learn from him.  All students entering grades 9-12 in fall of 2013 are eligible to partake in the camp.  Click the following link to register.
